Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
